The UCLA Alumni Change Makers Summit: Racial Equity at Work brought together UCLA leaders and decision-makers to share best practices and catalyze positive development on issues of DEI in the workplace. This summit brought together UCLA’s world-class alumni, mid-and senior-level leaders from all industries to champion racial equity, and created a space to empower and equip attendees to have these conversations at work. This summit went past HR compliance and legal implications of “not” doing this work, and focused on making positive progress and effective changes to address racial injustices in the workplace.
