Gupta Consulting believes DEI should be one of the core pillars of your overall business strategy. With hard data gathered using ECAT™, our proprietary ELEVATE Cultural Assessment Tool, we develop a customized plan to embed DEI into your overall business goals and objectives.
“Our company spends a lot of time communicating internally and externally. Our team and clients are spread out nationwide and are impacted differently by issues in our society. Properly addressing sensitive topics like discrimination against race or ethnicity is difficult. We struggled to find the ideal training to help us develop the skills needed to have these important conversations. Dr. Gupta’s Race & Ethnicity module has helped us overcome the fear of having these crucial discussions and created an inclusive environment for both our employees and clients.”
- Amy Freeman, Chief Human Resource Officer, Nossaman, LLP
“The learning experience with Dr. Gupta provided high levels of interaction, a tremendous amount of pertinent information, and very useful stories and real-life examples. Her Negotiating Across Cultures workshop was concise but proved to be extremely valuable and Dr. Gupta's personal touch and communication style made it a very enjoyable experience.”
- Yair Crane, Public Affairs & Accounts Manager, Newlight Technologies & Restore Foodware
“Dr. Gupta’s Race & Ethnicity module has helped create an inclusive culture in our organization. No other training we’ve experienced has provided us with such extensive knowledge and given us the tools to better serve our community. These sensitive conversations are critical. ELEVATE’s combination of teaching how to create a supportive culture that properly addresses these sensitive topics and provides historical insight to positively move us forward is the right combination for the workplace.”
- Derek Benson, Chief People Officer, Working Wardrobes
“After completing the ELEVATE DEI online training, Dr. Sangeeta Gupta facilitated two discussions for our employees on unconscious bias and race and ethnicity. Our employees were engaged throughout the discussions and excited to gain a wealth of knowledge they could use in their day-to-day interactions. Dr. Gupta combines her experience and knowledge in the business world and provides actionable steps.
Dr. Gupta is also a relatable speaker. She creates an environment where participants feel encouraged and comfortable to participate and share. Even individuals who may have felt reluctant to participate, including white employees who were worried about being uncomfortable, told me Dr. Gupta is ‘safe and real’.”
- Lori Hutchins, Chief People Officer, Michelson Philanthropies
