ELEVATE Modules
This module provides the fundamentals needed to create an environment of equity and inclusion. Learners will discover how stereotypes and generalizations are subconsciously created in their brains and how they influence our daily interactions. They will also explore how DEI impacts the working environment, employee engagement, and the profitability of organizations.
This module defines terminology with which to discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion. Having a common language helps us to communicate better with one another, leading to a more inclusive environment for all.
This module focuses on unconscious bias and how it forms in the brain. Learners will discover how biases impact the working environment and come away with practical tips to mitigate biases in the working environment.
After completing this module, learners will have a common language with which to discuss race and ethnicity in the U.S. They will have developed an understanding of the impact of race and ethnicity in the U.S. and how it continues to manifest in the working environment.
