Our Approach

We take a multi-dimensional approach to understanding and evaluating your culture

At GCG, we believe DEI should be one of the core pillars of your overall business strategy. Using ECAT™, our proprietary ELEVATE Cultural Assessment Tool, we use hard data to develop a customized strategic plan that embeds DEI into your overall business goals and objectives. We combine the fundamentals of academic theory with practical business application to provide impactful solutions.

Our process has three steps:

Step 1: Determine current culture with hard data
Leveraging data gathered using ECAT™, our proprietary ELEVATE Cultural Assessment Tool, we evaluate your culture across multiple dimensions. The specific areas are customized based on your organization and business priorities.
Step 2: Create a strategy with measurable goals

Using your hard data, we then develop a DEI strategy with measurable goals and a strategic roadmap with both short-term and long-term goals and milestones. Our roadmap and implementation plans incorporate no cost and low-cost solutions to maximize impact within your budget.

Step 3: Embed DEI into your Company DNA
To create real and lasting change, we work with you to embed DEI principles, strategies, and solutions into all aspects of your company so that DEI seamlessly integrates into your overall business strategy.
October is Diversity Awareness Month!

Maya and Rajan’s Rainbow of Friends introduces young children to the concepts of diversity and inclusion. Maya and Rajan say that, “You wouldn’t only have friends with straight hair or green eyes…why would you only be friends with kids of a certain color or background?” This book helps children understand that friends come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. They explore how their friends may have different abilities or special needs. This book will help children be more inclusive as they build their own rainbow of friends
