Developing Your Women Employees

Women are more than 50% of our national workforce. Numerous studies conducted in the U.S. and globally offer concrete evidence that having women in leadership roles substantially improves a company’s performance and ability to innovate. Our services help you to develop your women employees to their full potential and to identify and mitigate gender bias in your working environment.

Our Gender-based Leadership Development Programs Include:

Mentoring Programs

We work with companies to set up mentoring programs for women in their workforce so that they also have the same opportunities to grow and advance. These programs help organizations develop their current as well as the next generation of female leadership. Our mentoring programs are structured to follow best practices and incorporate components such as clearly defined goals and benchmarking for optimal success.

Executive Coaching

We work 1:1 with your female executives to enhance and build their leadership skills. Women may sometimes lead differently than men, but their styles are just as effective. We use a data-based approach by conducting a 360 evaluation that provides quantitative and qualitative information from the supervisor, peers, direct reports, customers/clients and others. We use this data to structure the coaching sessions for maximum impact.

Training Programs

We offer a variety of different interactive training programs to help women become more effective leaders. Sample topics include:

  • Understanding & Mitigating Gender Bias
  • Developing your Leadership Toolkit

Our training workshops are:

  • Interactive and provide practical tips
  • Customized for your specific needs
  • Focused on meeting the needs of employees and business

We also provide both quantitative and qualitative data regarding the knowledge transfer and behavior change that resulted from the training.

Inclusion Circles

Inclusion Circles are structured groups organized by women within the organization where women can meet and discuss issues they face and concerns they have. The goal is to have women support each other with tips and strategies. We assist in the creation and launch of these Inclusion Circles and we also facilitate the first few sessions allowing the Inclusion Circles to become self-sustaining, structured, and focused on mitigating strategies.

October is Diversity Awareness Month!

Maya and Rajan’s Rainbow of Friends introduces young children to the concepts of diversity and inclusion. Maya and Rajan say that, “You wouldn’t only have friends with straight hair or green eyes…why would you only be friends with kids of a certain color or background?” This book helps children understand that friends come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. They explore how their friends may have different abilities or special needs. This book will help children be more inclusive as they build their own rainbow of friends
