Developing Your Leaders

Developing leaders is one of the most important, yet neglected, areas of business today. The vast majority of companies do not have programs in place to actively develop their leaders. Employees are promoted but they are not given any training on how to manage and develop their direct reports. This is a critical skill as more than 60% of employees quit because of their managers. Management without leadership skills cost companies billions in lost productivity, recruitment and training costs.

Executive Coaching

We start the process with a data-based approach by conducting a 360 evaluation that provides quantitative and qualitative information from the supervisor, peers, direct reports, customers/clients and others. This data is utilized to structure the coaching sessions for maximum impact.​

Mentoring Programs​

We work with companies to set up mentoring programs for high potential employees in their workforce to develop and enhance their overall leadership skills. These programs also help organizations develop their current as well as the next generation of leaders. Our mentoring programs are structured to include components like clearly defined goals and benchmarking for optimal success.​

Training Programs​

October is Diversity Awareness Month!

Maya and Rajan’s Rainbow of Friends introduces young children to the concepts of diversity and inclusion. Maya and Rajan say that, “You wouldn’t only have friends with straight hair or green eyes…why would you only be friends with kids of a certain color or background?” This book helps children understand that friends come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors. They explore how their friends may have different abilities or special needs. This book will help children be more inclusive as they build their own rainbow of friends
